CLR Secretarial Services can create, manage and monitor your eNewsletter campaigns. Whether you have an eNewsletter system already set up, or need to start from scratch, we can help.
eNewsletters are a great marketing tool and are a simple and cost effective way to communicate with clients, colleagues and staff and create referrals.
They can be sent weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly or during special promotional or seasonal periods. Best of all, our eNewsletter packages start at a low $60.00 per month.
How it works & what you get
- You create and provide us with the content you would like in the newsletter. We can assist with basic research if required.
- You advise us of any current system you have in place. If you don’t have one, that’s okay we will help you source a suitable service provider.
- We create the eNewsletter using your existing template, or help you set up a new one, and send it to you for approval. This includes selecting and adding any images you may require.
- We send the eNewsletter to your subscriber list on your specified date.
- We send you a statistics report including click rates, unsubsribes, etc. on each eNewsletter and on an ongoing basis.
Packages
Monthly fees if eNewsletter provider and mailing list are already set up:
1 newsletter | $60.00 per month
2 newsletters (fortnightly) | $100.00 per month
4 newsletters per month (weekly) | $120.00 per month
1 off, special editions | $75.00 each, $60.00 for regular clients
Initial set up | $250.00
Set up includes:
- Liaising with you to choose a provider that best meets your needs
- Setting up your account with your chosen provider
- Creating eNewsletter template
- Adding subscribers/contacts via .CSV or Excel file (additional charges apply for manual entries)
- Creating subscription box or link for your website/email
- Adding subscription box to your website or blog (up to 3)
We also add eNewsletter subscription boxes to Facebook pages. Additional fees of $17.50 per page apply.
