How can I be sure by confidential business information will remain confidential and my intellectual property is protected?

At CLR Secretarial Services, we understand the importance of maintaining strict confidentiality.  Under no circumstances will we divulge any business information to other parties without prior written consent of our client.  Prior to engaging our services, all clients are required to sign a Services Agreement.  This Services Agreement includes clauses relating to confidentiality and intellectual property laws in order to protect the interests of our clients, and ourselves. Should you wish for us to sign a Confidentiality Agreement prepared by you or your legal representative, we would be willing to do so once we have had the opportunity to review same.

How do I get my work to you?

If you have a digital file, you can email it to us. Existing clients who have received a password can use our secure online server in our Client Area. If you have hard copies of documents or other materials they can be posted or couriered.  This can be arranged by us if required.

Can you provide an estimate before starting a job?

Absolutely!  However estimates are exactly that, estimates.  Our estimates are based on limited information and are subject to change.  We regularly update our clients on the progress of a job in terms of costs, and we will discuss your budget prior to a job to ensure that work is completed within that budget. My work is urgent, can you help?

Please contact us and advise what your deadlines are, and we will confirm our availability. We regularly complete work with deadlines of less than 12-24 hours.  Surcharges may apply.

How long will you keep my records?

We keep electronic versions for at least one month from the date of completion. After this time client files are archived.

Are you able to collect work for me?

Sure, we offer a collection and delivery service for Central Coast NSW clients.  Charges apply.

Can you help me on-site?

We do offer on site support if required.  As we have a high volume of work, we request that unless urgent, at least 3 business days notice is provided if you require an on site attendance.
