So who is Chauntelle Rakebrandt?
I have 11 years experience providing executive assistance and administrative support in the corporate field. I have vast experience in the legal industry. I have a passion for social media websites and internet marketing, and an eye for detail. I am often referred to as the “go to girl” as I have knowledge and experience in a wide range of areas.

History
We were established in 2006 by Chauntelle Rakebrandt who recognised the strong demand for freelance personal assistance, administrative and web 2.0 marketing support in an unpredictable economy. We provide our clients with the option and convenience of having support only when required, eliminating the stress of staff overheads during periods of “down time”.
Certified Social Media Marketing Consultant
In March 2010 Chauntelle completed her Social Media Marketing course through VAClassroom. This course provided her with additional skills and resources to ensure she is up to date with current trends and continue to provide her clients with high quality service.
Certified Australian Virtual Business
In October 2009, we were approved as a Certified Australian Virtual Business (“CAVB”), which is the first certification program in the world to take into consideration not only the VA’s skills but also client satisfaction (via reference checking), business experience, past and continuing education/training, skills testing, industry involvement, and memberships. Technology
We operate a PC based network currently using a Windows XP Platform (soon to be Windows 7). Our software is constantly updated and we only use the best available products to correspond with the services we provide. We transcribe using Express Scribe software. Our secure online server and document management system is powered by via FilesAnywhere. Our internet connection is high speed ADSL2.
We have experience with Apple Mac and its related software.
